Group Marketing Director Kelly, like her father and brother, grew up immersed in the real estate industry. Born in La Jolla and raised in San Marcos, Kelly completed her education at the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Advertising.

Upon returning to the San Diego area, Kelly worked for several publications…including the Valley Roadrunner, North County Times, and the San Diego Union-Tribune…creating ads and doing layout before starting her own graphic design firm in 2013. Her talent and attention to her customer’s needs has resulted in a stable of clients that run the gamut from small, one-person businesses and real estate agents, to large corporations and non-profit organizations.

When not working to create memorable marketing material for The Effinger Group and her clients, Kelly enjoys running with her pit bull, Moxie and spending time with her friends and husband Ryan.
