Like his father before him, Sean literally grew up in and around the real estate industry. A second-generation San Diego County native, Sean Effinger was born in La Jolla and raised in San Marcos where he attended school.

Before deciding to make real estate his career, Sean worked in the restaurant business, including stints in San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, where he learned the value of over-delivering service to his customers.

When not working, he enjoys working out at the gym, running, playing video games, taking care of his pets, and spending time with his girlfriend.
